This is wonderfully written. It reminds me of a condition called visual snow [1] where sufferers develop continuous TV-static-like tiny flickering dots in their entire visual field. Makes you appreciate the things you have.
I've never had a migraine in my life, but have constant visual snow since I was a child (as I can remember having conversations with adults and being surprised they didn't see the same way I did).
I meant related to the processes behind migraines (specifically migraine aura). Not that migraines cause visual snow. IIRC, there is currently research being done on visual snow at the UCSF.
Excellent read. I've been wanting to try out Teespring for a relatively popular (~ 46k followers) Twitter account I manage ever since I saw veb's post. Time to get thinking about some designs.
One of the more interesting things about this new version is its "face match" feature. It allows you to highlight over an actors face and it gives you card of information about them.
