I've attended CCC in Berlin a couple of years, big fun. But this is 20 years ago! Luckily, my employer is sponsoring a visit to KubeCon in London this year.
As a German, I find your question is strange. And a Bit pittyful. I hope you can stand the Peer pressure and care for your wellbeing! Greetings fromm Bavaria
oh, nice :( ... Just a coincidence, but I read today about PFAS pollution around the Munich Airport caused by the foam used with fire drills... Very much the tip of the iceberg, I assume :(
These foams are a good reason to never raise a family near an airport or military base. Particularly military bases, they're notorious for covering up chemical pollution for years and being dismissive of local concerns. They think their mission puts them above casual reproach.
I was on vacation in Sweden last year. Along the lake near the town of Östersund there were signs that said: PFAS pollution, prohibited fishing. The reason: a fire department training ground where firefighting foam was being practiced. Östersund is a small town in a sea of nature. Madness. - https://ostersund-se.translate.goog/bygga-bo-och-miljo/kemik...
Some years ago, I came across a recepie as flowchart graph. This idea appealed to me instantaneously, because a picture to me is a thousand times better than a lettersoup. Especially when I'm not constantly reading the text, but have to check the pots and pans regularly.
I think this markup language could be used as input for an engine that generates nice recepie graphs.
And then an integration into the tandori.dev application?
I'm currently hooked up the "Pharmakologie Athlet" [1]. It's a full fledged, german language university lecture on pharmacology by Prof. Dr. rer. nat Stefan Frank. During COVID times, he decided to put his complete curriculum on Youtube.
Althou I have no medical background, I somehow manage to keep the pace with all the old biochemistry knowledge I picked up in grammar school 25 years ago. But it's a tough ride :)
Very interesting piece of work, however unfortunely not targeting my LG TV from 2013. By any change, is anybody aware of a project to install alternative firmware on such an ancient box? -- Cheers, Jürgen
It could also be running Netcast instead of WebOS? In which case there are other ways to get in, but you'll be asking yourself "why did I do this" pretty quickly.
Join the OpenLGTV Discord and you'll have a wealth of information.
Thx for the information! I think my TV predates WebOS. Well, I'm using Kodi on a Raspberry Pi mostly anyway, but would be nice to use the TV itself aswell...
